I am recovering by paying attention to mouth and teeth cleaning. The mouth is the beginning of the digestive tract. All nutrients are taken by mouth. The foods taken are prepared for digestion with the help of the teeth in the mouth. For this reason, it is very important that our mouth and teeth are healthy. What should we do for healthy teeth? 1. We must brush our teeth twice a day, one before going to bed. 2. For proper cleaning, we should use an interface brush or dental floss. 3. The toothbrush chosen should be soft for more effective brushing. 4. Tooth brushing time should not be less than 2 minutes. 5. The toothbrush should be changed every 2-3 months. 6. For our dental health, we should not consume very hot or cold foods. 7. We should not consume too much acidic and sugary foods and drinks. 8. Within a day, dark yellow vegetables (carrots, potatoes), dark green leafy vegetables (spinach, lettuce, curly, chard, purslane, broccoli, etc.), starchy vegetables (potatoes, peas) and other vegetables (tomato, onion, green beans) It should be consumed in a balanced way.

  I Heal By Not Touching My Eyes, Nose, My Mouth. I do not touch my eyes with my hands because my hands are full of germs and I surely transfer them to my eyes. Solution I wash my hands very carefully, or, if I am at school or elsewhere I use antiseptic hand gel Nose: I do not touch my nose with my hands because I transfer germs from my hands to my nose and vice versa. Solutions -If my nose is itchy I move it up and down, right and left - I use a tissue Mouth I do not put my hands in my mouth, because I insert germs in my organism. Solution I try to remember not to put my hands in my mouth since it is a bit disgusting and impolite.
