I am recovering by paying attention to mouth and teeth cleaning.

The mouth is the beginning of the digestive tract.
All nutrients are taken by mouth.
The foods taken are prepared for digestion with the help of the teeth in the mouth.
For this reason, it is very important that our mouth and teeth are healthy.

What should we do for healthy teeth?


1. We must brush our teeth twice a day, one before going to bed.
2. For proper cleaning, we should use an interface brush or dental floss.
3. The toothbrush chosen should be soft for more effective brushing.
4. Tooth brushing time should not be less than 2 minutes.
5. The toothbrush should be changed every 2-3 months.
6. For our dental health, we should not consume very hot or cold foods.
7. We should not consume too much acidic and sugary foods and drinks.
8. We should consume milk, yoghurt and cheese to prevent tooth decay.
9. We should go to the dentist every six months for our dental health.
