It does not end with counting the benefits of milk, which has an important place in bone development.

Especially the milk that children consume during their development is known as the key to healthy sleep.

Milk, which is the key to quality sleep, should be consumed by every age group, from children to the elderly.

Milk is the building block of bones, rich in calcium and the food with the highest availability in the body.

It is recommended that adults drink at least 1 glass a day and children drink 2 glasses a day.

Benefits of Milk and Dairy Products

Milk, which is an important source for many nutrients including

vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B12, vitamin A, thiamine, niacin,

phosphorus and magnesium, is recommended to be consumed every

day by people of all ages, especially adult women, children and

teenagers.
